Apple Watch Ultra 3

Satellite messaging, on a watch. The Ultra 3 can send texts and trigger emergency SOS with no phone and no cellular coverage at all, which is the single most useful thing Apple could have added to a watch aimed at people who go a long way from anything. The screen grew to the largest Apple has shipped, with a wide-angle OLED panel readable from any angle, and battery life went to 42 hours from 36. Hypertension notifications and sleep scoring came across from the Series 11. It costs $799, the same as the original Ultra did three years earlier, which by 2025 counts for something.
